Help to Buy ISA bonus savings accounts
First time buyers can save up to £200.00 per month towards their first home with the help of a Help to Buy ISA savings account, and the government boosts the savings by 25%. The Help to Buy ISA’s website advises that this is a £50.00 government bonus for every £200.00 saved, up to a maximum government bonus of £3,000.00. The bonus is available for home purchases up to the sum of £450,000 in London and up to £250,000.00 for homes that are outside London. You can apply for a Help to Buy ISA account through Barclays, Santander, Nationnwide, Natwest and perhaps through many other high street banks.
We have acted on behalf of many clients who have this type of savings account. Once exchange of contracts has taken place we are able to draw down the bonus for you because we are registered with the Help to Buy ISA portal. We are also experienced in respect of all of the requirements of the Help to Buy ISA portal.
If you need a solicitor to act for you who is registered with the Help to Buy ISA account portal enabling them to draw down your help to buy ISA bonus prior to completion, please call us on 0207 183 0084 or email us on property@olaleslie.com for a fixed fee conveyancing quotation; we are always happy to assist.
