Ayesha Yunus (née Leslie) specialises in all types of property, conveyancing and associated matters. Ayesha has over 15 years’ experience in property law and short term lending and commercial and residential bridging finance.
Ayesha was 26 years old when she qualified as a solicitor and immediately co-founded the firm. She is an SRA manager, supervising solicitor, the firm’s Money Laundering Offer and the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. Prior to this, Ayesha worked at a well regarded Suffolk law firm for four years and at a London firm for a year shortly after her LLB. She also enjoyed a successful career in the Sales and Marketing sector before qualifying as a solicitor.
Ayesha was educated in Chesterfield and Colchester, and achieved an LLB (Hons) Law Degree in Essex. She completed her post-graduate degree in Cambridgeshire and completed her professional skills course at BPP, London.
Ayesha has a broad range of clientele including a large number of developers, professional sportsmen, actors, software and IT companies in Bangalore, offshore companies and international investors. Ayesha accepts instructions from clients, solicitors, developers, bridging lenders, high street lenders and property professionals nationwide and internationally, and is well known for her down to earth manner and straightforward approach. Ayesha is happy to help with everything which is within her remit.
