The Role
We are seeking a Conveyancer for a solid long term opportunity with opportunities for progression. You will work closely with our senior solicitors and deal with a full range of conveyancing matters and will be expected to deal with all aspects of the matter from start to finish under supervision.
We are looking for someone well presented, able to work at a fast pace, able to demonstrate good attention to detail and able to work as part of a team.
There will be opportunities for learning and career progression
Typical tasks: Providing Conveyancing quotes;Client care and case progression Carrying out searches;Drafting contracts and other draft documents;Answering the telephone and dealing with enquirers.
Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 1 year continuous conveyancing experience (Essential). Must be IT Savvy including Ms Office (2010) and have perfect spoken and written English Language skills. We are more interested in your experience than your qualifications, but the following would be an advantage LPC , LLB , A’ Level or equivalent , GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Maths (Grades A-C a must)
You should:
Have minimum 1 year’s conveyancing experience
Be happy to work in a quick paced / busy environment
Be articulate & well presented
Salary : £20,000 – £28,000 Negotiable based on experience and ability to run a caseload.
